Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven E-commerce Software Sales Executive with proven experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce businesses in the US market. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our New Jersey office, working closely with leadership to scale Willowcommerce.ai.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the full sales cycle for US-based e-commerce and DTC brands
- Prospect, qualify, and close inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demos with founders, CMOs, and e-commerce decision-makers
- Clearly communicate product value tied to revenue growth, conversion optimization, and retention
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Share market insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy
- 2 years of SaaS or software sales experience
- Direct experience selling to e-commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce)
- Knowledge of core e-commerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment
