Associate Therapist

When our clinicians work in this type of environment, they are equipped to provide specialized care, in which we continue to learn, develop, and make choices, that will provide the highest level of treatment to each of our clients.

Ideal candidate has:

·     Masters or Doctoral degree with at least two years of clinical experience

·     Knowledge about and experience in working with trauma

·     Openness to receiving training & consultation

·     Desire to work with a team

·     Full time availability – will build up to 25 hours a week

·     Candidate creates their own schedule

·     Willow will contribute towards Certifications & Trainings

o  Specifically: Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) certifications

·     Supervision provided towards CSAT & CPTT certifications

·     Group Consultation provided monthly for EFT skill building

·     Trainings offered regularly within the practice for clinical team

·     Regular team collaboration

·     Supportive and positive team environment

·     Candidate has the option to provide services in person and via telehealth, in person availability is desirable

·     Professional office spaces are located in Oak Brook & Lincolnwood

·     HIPAA Compliant Business Zoom account provided for Telehealth and personal use

·     Large space is available for therapy groups, workshops, and intensives

·     Training in group facilitation is available
