Willow Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Unit Manager to join our long-term care team in Kutztown, PA.

  Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit

  • Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team

  • Implement and interpret organizational policies

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings

  • Address resident and family questions or concerns

  • Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• 2 years Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Previous Supervisor experience
