Cherith Care Center is a small 30-bed unit providing exceptional skilled nursing care to long term residents and short-term rehab residents. This unit is known for its quality care, vibrant activity program, and its compassionate caregivers. Passages Memory Care is a long standing secure, dementia care unit providing compassionate care to residents and family members. Excellent opportunity to grow your nursing skills in a small, welcoming unit. Current openings include working a set schedule and every other weekend unless specifically noted and hours noted are working in a two week pay period.

• CNA/STNA - Full-time, Cherith Skilled, 11p-7a (80 hours per pay)
• CNA/STNA - Part-time, Cherith Skilled, 11p-7a (64 hours per pay) oor 7a-3p (56 hours per pay)
• CNA/STNA - Part-time, Passages Memory Care, 3p-11p (40 hours per pay) or 11p-7a (64 hours per pay)
