Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, track and process leave of absence documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Serve as a key support partner to the Lead Leave Administrator in managing day-to-day LOA administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee leave records and files.
- Follow up with employees and managers to obtain missing or incomplete documentation.
- Assist in coordinating leave timelines, approvals and communications.
- Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines and audit standards.
- Support reporting and audits related to leave administration as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on leave of absence management.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and other applicable leave laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
- Part-time; schedule to be determined based on business needs.
- 20 hours per week
