Qualifications
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to create positive relationships and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring compliance, and managing lease files accurately.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with residents, prospects, and team members effectively and professionally.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in property management software and standard office tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
