Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally inside retail partner locations
- Speak with customers face-to-face about current products, services, and promotions
- Help customers understand available options and answer questions
- Support customer sign-ups, product education, and campaign goals
- Assist with daily sales and marketing campaign activity
- Work with team leaders to improve communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Learn basic account management, team coordination, and campaign support responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional presence during events
