Role Description The Superintendent role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing commercial and industrial roofing projects from planning through completion. Typical day-to-day tasks include coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing project schedules, monitoring site safety and quality, and ensuring adherence to specifications, building codes, and company standards. The Superintendent regularly communicates with project managers, clients, and suppliers, tracks materials and equipment needs, and resolves on-site issues to keep projects on time and within budget. The role also involves reviewing drawings, documentation, and change orders, preparing progress reports, and supporting punch list and closeout activities. Remote work will be combined with frequent travel to project sites within WRSM’s service areas as required.
