Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and policy requests in a professional, timely manner.
- Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills in every interaction.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services when appropriate.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in insurance or a related field (required).
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry, computer systems, and office software.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
