Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license (clean record preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
