Specialty Food Sales & Merchandising Representative

Join our team and work with premium cheeses, charcuterie, bakery, and other specialty foods that shoppers love. You'll partner with grocery retailers to create eye-catching displays, introduce exciting products, and help stores grow sales while representing some of the industry's best brands.

What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with store teams and vendor partners through outstanding service and professionalism.
- Merchandise specialty food products to maximize visibility and sales.
- Promote and sell Willis Marketing's portfolio of premium brands at the store level.
- Train store associates on products and merchandising best practices.
- Assist with store resets, grand openings, and merchandising projects.
- Support vendor programs, product information, and sample requests.
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and collaborate with the Willis team.
- Take on additional projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with specialty cheese, charcuterie, retail deli, or foodservice.
- Sales Experience
- Passion for great food and an interest in learning about premium brands.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Food Handler/Health Card

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
