Progressive Care Center is a skilled nursing facility committed to top-notch resident-centered care for short-term care stays. We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, and friendly person for Social Services Assistant, which is a part-time position. Primary functions of the position involve interacting with our residents and their family members on a daily basis while gathering intake information and discharge planning. This facility has an increased volume of admits and discharges at all times. Working hand in hand with the Social Service Director. Basic proficiency with computers is required. Social Services background preferred.
