Job Title: Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse
Location: WKH North Campus Greenwood Road
Unit: 4W
Bed Capacity: 27 beds
Position Type: Full-time
Shifts Available: Night 7P-7A
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients in the telemetry unit.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, telemetry readings, and overall health status.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- New Grads welcome
- ACLS required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
