What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Assistant PCC position at Willis Knighton Health?
The candidate chosen for our Physical Therapist Assistant position will work closely with a Physical Therapist and other professional staff at the Progressive Care Center, located on our main campus. A strong emphasis is placed on activities of daily living to maximize each patient's functional potential. Energy, motivation, compassion and organization will be key considerations in choosing our candidate.
In addition to the regular working hours, Monday through Friday, the Physical Therapist Assistant will be required to work weekend rotations at one of our other inpatient locations. This position requires a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from an accredited institution as well as a Physical Therapy Assistant license from the State of Louisiana.
A hospital and unit specific orientation will be provided for the candidate chosen for this position.
