Willis Knighton Health is seeking a LPN to work in a fast-paced pediatric clinic in the Ruston area. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, possess excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with physicians, managers, nursing, and clerical staff as an integral component of assisting duties. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to giving excellent customer service, filing, data entry, the ability to perform vaccine administration, VFC knowledge, taking vital signs, answering /returning phone calls, refills and scheduling of tests and procedures as ordered. Hospital and departmental orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training on our enterprise-wide practice management system, including health records. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
