Willis Chevrolet, Inc. is looking for all skill level Automotive Service Technicians to join our busy and growing service department in Smyrna, Delaware.
We are a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and quality repairs. As a Chevrolet dealer, we service new Chevrolet vehicles as well as pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models. Compensation
- Flat Rate Pay Plan
- Starting equivalent of $25.00 to $50.00per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Proficiency bonus of up to $4.00 per hour
- Training bonuses at $500.00 per technical certification
- Annual bonus based on flat rate hours turned throughout the year
- Sign on bonus based on skill level and paid after 6 months of continuous employment

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability concerns
- Perform maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
- Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work effectively with service advisors and other team members
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- ASE Certifications preferred
- GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus, but not required
- Master Technician-level experience strongly encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
