Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Operate Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
