Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely, and “Guest First” service to ensure every guest feels welcome
- Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards
- Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area
- Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate
- Strong communication skills and basic math ability
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
