Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities.
• Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Cultivate relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication, including public speaking engagements when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and closing high-end sales deals.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate calculations and record keeping.
• Excellent phone etiquette, outbound sales experience, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
