- Assist students with conflict management, social skills development, and guidance on adolescent development issues.
- Conduct assessments related to standardized testing, educational compliance, and regulation understanding to support student progress.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to student welfare and child protective services cases.
- Facilitate workshops on cultural diversity counseling, social work topics, and school policy awareness to promote an inclusive school climate.
