Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or be at least 21 years of age.
- Able to pass a background record check at time of hire.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible
- Complete a staff orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out the educational goals and philosophy of the Williamstown Community Preschool
- Assist the co-teacher in providing a safe and loving classroom environment.
- Help maintain all policies required by the Massachusetts Office of Early Education and Childcare
- Assist the co-teacher in evaluating children’s classroom progress.
- Able to lift objects/children daily.
- Able to communicate with parents in a variety of ways.
- Work as a team and relate to other staff in a friendly, respectful manner.
- Presents self in a professional manner.
- Able to complete required trainings throughout the year per state EEC requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of children and parents that we serve.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
