What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Customer Experience Specialist position at Williamsport Bowman Barber Supply?
We are seeking a Sales Customer Experience Specialist to become an integral part of our service team! The successful CSR will be responsible for selling barber supply products, merchandise, and services in an over the phone setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, a quick grasp of product knowledge, and a smile & dial attitude!
The ideal candidate will be a positive & energetic individual that is comfortable assisting all clients, existing and prospective, with their ordering needs while suggesting new products for an excellent customer service experience. Insight in the barber or beauty industry is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Thoroughly and clearly explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product availability
- Accurately enter and monitor customer orders in database
- Investigate and successfully resolve customer complaints
- Prospect and source new customers using Google, Facebook, or other databases
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers; maintain excellent relationship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Strong upselling and negotiation skills
- Computer skills including excel, word, google, and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
