YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COMMERCIAL SERVICE COORDINATOR
You effortlessly coordinate the daily service schedule with the Service Manager and technicians, ensuring every customer feels prioritized. With attention to detail, you download vital photos and documentation into the dispatch software, enabling precise repair estimates. Your clear communication with commercial and residential customers transforms complex scheduling into reassuring conversations. As you prepare these estimates, you take pride in keeping clients informed every step of the way. You order necessary materials for the service department, readying the team for success, and occasionally jump in to assist with part pickups, solidifying your role as the essential heartbeat of the operation. Each day, you embrace this dynamic rhythm, knowing your contributions directly enhance the comfort of countless families and businesses.
Here's what we need from you:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and meet company insurance provider requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to type
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to work overtime, especially during the busy time of year
Experience with HVAC would be preferable but not necessary for a strong candidate!
