Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within a healthcare setting, particularly in nursing administration.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and mentor nursing staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
