We are looking to fill a full-time Site Leader position in Nolensville, TN
Here are a few job details
- Full-time, 12-month position
- Pay is between $40,173.12 up to $55,833.12 a year, based on experience
- Monday-Friday hours, 8 hour shifts between 6:30 and 6:00 pm, open 2 days a week and close 2 days a week minimum
- Paid time off including holidays, sick time, personal time, vacation time, inclement weather and system closed days

Duties
Site Leaders assist with managing the before and after school program at their assigned school location. They build relationships with school admin, parents, staff and children. They engage in leading children in fun activities.
Job responsibilities include the following
- Building positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and school admin
- Communicating with parents about happenings and upcoming events
- Planning special events and activities
- Creating staff and child schedules
- Supervising children and staff
- Maintaining DOE compliance
Requirements
Site Leader Qualifications
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- Successfully pass background check
- Current First Aid/ CPR certified
- Minimum 1-year child care experience
- Minimum 1 - year management/ leadership experience
