The Williamson County Public Defender's Office is seeking a full-time legal secretary/administrative assistant. This position is for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Duties include document preparation, file management, scheduling and client communication. Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office/Work, case management software systems and electronic filing. Previous administrative office experience preferred but not necessary.
Starting salary begins at $32,760 per year ($18.00) per hour, and benefits include health insurance, IMRF retirement plan, and vacation/PTO.
