The Williamson County Circuit Clerk’s Office is offering a full-time Deputy Clerk position. The position will be primarily centered in the Civil Department, and works 35 hours per week.
The primary responsibility of the Williamson Circuit Clerk's Office is to serve the public in a timely and cost-effective manner, providing all court records, information, and services with courtesy and efficiency. Essential Job Functions: Regular and timely attendance, ability to efficiently and effectively use a computer, excellent customer service skills, ability to learn case management system, and handle fast-paced but flexible day to day job assignments as needed.
No legal experience is required. Office experience is a plus.
The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. Benefits include paid time off with state holidays, health insurance, and IMRF contribution. Hours are set 35 hours per week.
MUST live in Williamson County.
