What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with training coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of HR experience (healthcare or LTC/SNF preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
