Williamsburg Furniture, a Division of Patrick Industries located in Nappanee, Indiana is one of the area’s leading sewing and upholstery shops, specializing in custom RV furniture is seeking an experienced Order Entry Specialist for their growing facility.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and providing excellent support to internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify customer orders in the system with accuracy
- Review order details for completeness and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order status
- Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
