Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads and manages execution the performance of supply chain programs
- Coordinates development and adherence to supply chain processes
- Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
- Designs and implements supply chain execution processes for expenditures
- Assists with quality assurance and logistics support
- Ensures company partners management, support and communications
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Some college or Associate’s degree in business and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement or logistics
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, construction management, business, accounting/finance or engineering and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, logistics, project management or warehousing
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates financial, project management, and negotiation skills
