As a Manager of Physical Security and Continuity you will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and execution of the enterprise Physical Security and Continuity programs, including applicable policies, standards, and procedures. You will oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure effective monitoring and response capabilities, activating the Incident Support Team (IST) and Executive Support Team (EST) in the event of more severe incidents or emergencies. You will also lead the Corporate and Regional Security Management team to align security strategies and support across all operational areas.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Serves as a program owner for Physical Security and Continuity policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensures consistent application of Physical Security and Continuity programs across all departments and operational areas
- Prioritizes and executes projects and initiatives intended to increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Physical Security and Continuity programs
- Manages the expense budget and forecast for Physical Security and Continuity programs and processes, including the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in security or emergency management or business administration and minimum of five (5) years of formal leadership experience
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Incident Command and ten (10) years of experience in Physical Security and Continuity, Energy Industry and Incident Command System (ICS) training and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and excels at leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Formal leadership experience and aptitude for building effective teams Preferred: Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
- Ability to obtain security clearance with the Department of Homeland Security
- Ability to obtain other local, state and federal licenses, certificates and clearance, as required by the position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 10% Travel
