Responsibilities/Expectations:

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Accounts for the negotiation, acquisition and management of land and property rights for pipelines and facilities
- Crafts budgets for growth capital and maintenance projects
- Mentors other land team members or contract support
- Collaborates with legal counsel to develop, coordinate and maintain land-related contracts, write and approve legal descriptions and create and maintain other legal documents
- Develops and implements policies and procedures
- Represents the company in public hearings, meetings and other external events
- Supervises and supports large scale maintenance, operations, relocation, and abandonment projects
- Analyzes real estate developments and transactions; provides input and execution strategies
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in oil and gas industry, land, real estate, or legal
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Senior Right of Way Professional certification
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Validated negotiation skills
