Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Applies specialized knowledge to sophisticated work assignments requiring interpretation of legal obligations, preparation of easements, amendments, assignments, releases and other land contract documents
- Provides solutions to various problems of moderate complexity to assist company partners
- Conducts title searches and title reviews; prepares analysis of legal obligations for potential legal actions
- Mentors other land records personnel or contract support
- Develops strategies for handling costs related to rental payments and ownership updating
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Detailed knowledge of land records management strategies
