As a Financial Analyst Sr., you will provide analysis and reporting of actual and forecasted financial results and serve as a specialist in your field. You will communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners to perform various sophisticated assignments requiring alternative analysis, creativity and judgment!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Gathers, supports, prepares and understands the components of financial forecast drivers including volume profiles, EBITDA, capital expenditures and other metrics
• Performs and details financial analysis to validate forecast data and to explain variances from prior forecasts and actuals
• Models the financial impact of expansions and long-term commitments
• Builds clear communications of financial assumptions, risks, and valuation of proposed transactions
• Leads projects, prepares ad hoc analyses and conducts presentations
• Coordinates annual strategic and vision planning activities, including operating and capital plan forecasting

Education/Years of Experience:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in financial analysis
• Preferred: Minimum of ten (10) years of multifaceted experience; CPA or PMP
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

Interacts with cross-functional teams to discuss progress of work and assist with the resolution of problems while ensuring performance standards. Assists in conducting special studies to analyze complex financial actions, prepares and reconciles capital budgeting reports, analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance, assists in the preparation of the operating plan by gathering financial information, and develops summary worksheets. Assumes all routine tasks for major or multiple projects, and is frequently called upon to make unreviewed decisions. Has a strong internal and external network. May act as a team leader and mentor others.
