Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads the preparation and communication of project-related reports to business partners and leaders
- Analyzes complex geological and production data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes
- Runs technical reports, creates visualizations, and engages in ad hoc analyses and reporting to support engineering decisions
- Collaborates with other departments to compile and analyze cross-departmental datasets, advising on process improvement initiatives
- Utilizes SCADA and internal software systems for comprehensive data monitoring and analysis
- Mentors and trains mid-level engineering technicians, providing guidance and support
- Oversees and manages engineering projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Technical Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training and six (6) years of related experience
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in engineering, construction or business and 8 (8) years of related experience
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Mentoring and/or leadership experience with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Preferred: Advanced proficiency in SQL and python, and GIS tools
