Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cleveland, TN. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property showings, advising clients on buying, selling and rental transactions, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends. The role requires building and maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Real Estate License in TN and GA and/or AL
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property Transactions
- Strong knowledge of the Cleveland, Chattanooga, North GA and AL area
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in real estate database tools and CRM software
- Passionate about training and career progression
