The Talent Acquisition Sourcer position is located in Olive Branch, MS.
The on site Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for hourly, exempt, and leadership positions across our supply chain network. This role partners closely with recruiters to proactively source talent, conduct initial candidate outreach, and maintain a strong pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because:

Proactively source candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, really Smart Sourcing, various job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
•
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill exempt positions.
•
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
•
Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, and text to gauge candidate interest and availability on a daily basis.
•
Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter pre-screen interviews.
•
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
•
Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust sourcing strategies regularly.
•
Develop passive candidate pipelines for active searchers and for future hiring needs.
•
Track sourcing activity and provide weekly pipeline updates.

At least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
•

Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
•
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We prefer some of these qualities as well:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

•
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
