- Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain
- 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following:
- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
- Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi

The Insert Supply Chain Design Analyst position is located in Olive Branch, MS.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Leverage optimization and simulation to identify actionable insights to improve home delivery network performance through territory design, delivery frequency, and constraint management
- Partner closely with the final mile routing team to deliver consistent, data-driven recommendations that optimize final mile routing and improve overall route efficiency
- Support the development of repeatable data workflows using analytical tools such as Qlik, Alteryx and Tableau
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels including but not limited to: Final Mile, Transportation, Finance, Distribution, Inventory, and Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related work experience
- At least 0-2 years of experience with software tools such as: Qlik, Alteryx, Tableau, and Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic Cosmic Frog
- Ability to transform large data into actionable insights, including development of data models that blend data from multiple source systems
- General knowledge of domestic transportation, distribution operations and final mile delivery
- Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and with external providers
- Advanced degree with emphasis in data analytics
- Knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages in Network Optimization, Sales and Operational Planning, or Cost to Serve Analysis
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
- Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder
