Responsibilities
- Apply commercial and residential sealcoat
- Assist with asphalt paving and asphalt repairs
- Perform crack filling and pavement maintenance
- Prepare surfaces before sealcoating or paving
- Operate and maintain sealcoating and paving equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous sealcoating, asphalt paving, or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
