Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Williams Real Estate Group LLC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating property purchases, sales, and rentals. Daily responsibilities include preparing contracts, cold calls, prospecting, listing appointments, driving business, results, conducting property tours, advising clients, and managing negotiations. The role also involves staying up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Real Estate License to practice real estate in the designated areas.
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including knowledge of market trends and property values.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in real estate software tools and the ability to utilize digital platforms for property listing and marketing is a plus.
