What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor installation teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant work.
- Support service technicians in the field with technical troubleshooting and install guidance.
- Coordinate job planning, pre-install meetings, and post-install quality checks.
- Partner closely with Dispatch, Service Manager, and office staff to keep projects on track.
- Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and commissioning reports.
- Support standardized installation processes and help improve them over time.
- Train and develop service technicians to strengthen skills and maintain required certifications.
- Help transition completed installations into service and maintenance programs.
- Experienced in HVAC and/or Plumbing installation (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong technical background with a passion for field support and team development.
- A natural leader who enjoys being present in the field, not just behind a desk.
- Organized, proactive, and committed to high standards of workmanship and safety.
