Applicant should be:
- An excellent communicator with a positive attitude.

- Must be organized with ability to multi-task.
- Good at following up on loose ends.
- Accurate at maintaining files and records.
The Title Clerk is an important support person for our sales staff. The basic responsibilities are:
- Processing all PA and NY DMV work, ensuring we are compliant with all regulations.
- Dealer Trades - completion of paperwork, writing of check, and helping the drivers as needed.
- Flooring all available units daily.
- Posting all wholesale deals in accounting.
- Submit and monitor follow through and collect all contracts and deal cash.
- Purchasing new and used vehicle.
- Lien payoff on all trade-ins.
- Daily cash up.
- Maintain all DMV logs required by the state.
- Daily breakdown of deals.
- Updating the DOC daily.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
