Williams Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Salesperson Consultant to join our growing Dealership team. This Automotive Sales Consultant position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about Car Sales and customer service.
As part of our Automotive team, you will assist customers through online inquiries, phone calls, email communication, and in-person interactions while helping guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Our Dealership is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience while building long-term relationships within the community.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to internet and phone sales inquiries
• Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, and availability
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle demonstrations
• Maintain customer follow-up and CRM database activity
• Work closely with the Sales team and management to meet goals
• Stay current on Automotive products, promotions, and financing options
• Support dealership marketing and online lead generation efforts
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the Car Sales process
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to multitask in a busy Dealership environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
• State Sales License preferred or ability to obtain one
