In this position, you’ll assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and month-end processes while working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Perform convenience store audits on a regular basis
- Complete account reconciliations and prepare accounting entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and supporting schedules
- Reconcile daily and monthly receivable accounts
- Maintain and monitor assigned general ledger accounts
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special accounting projects
- Assist with various business and operational accounting functions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related business field preferred
- 3 years of accounting or related experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/finance software
Additional Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and banking concepts
- Familiarity with office procedures, file management, and clerical processes
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Customer service mindset when working with internal teams and business partners
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk throughout a large office or business complex
- Occasional lifting of paper boxes and file boxes
Compensation
- Annual salary range of $43,888 – $45,760
