What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM, and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.
- Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
- Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.

Education and Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
Other Info:
- Two years experience in the retail industry preferred.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
