Corporate Attorney – Richmond, VA Richmond, Virginia Salaried Shareholder (Non-Equity) Corporate Williams Mullen is seeking an attorney with at least 7+ years’ experience in Corporate and transactional matters to join our established corporate team in our Richmond, VA office. At least 7 years’ experience in general corporate matters such as contracts, M&A due diligence, negotiating loan documents, reviewing real estate title and survey documents, and drafting transaction documents. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and have independent client interaction. Additional experience in Real Estate transactions is highly preferred but not required. A successful candidate will be meticulous with details and be able to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters involving direct client interaction. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Successful candidates will also possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Candidates must be currently licensed in Virginia, immediate waive into Virginia, or be a member of the bar in one or more US Jurisdictions and willing to sit for the Virginia bar.
