Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and maintain direct client relationships.
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
- Participate in case strategy and client consultations.
- Maintain accurate time records and comply with firm procedures and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for admission.
- Prior litigation experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
