Landscape Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. Duties

• Must have experience scheduling and supervising multiple crews
• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and garden care to ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee landscaping construction projects from planning through execution, coordinating with clients and team members to meet specifications
• Implement irrigation system installation, repairs, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency across landscapes
• Lead gardening and horticulture efforts by selecting appropriate plants, managing soil health, and ensuring aesthetic appeal
• Train and mentor team members in landscape maintenance techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations

Skills

• Must be somewhat bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticultural practices
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with excellent leadership skills
• Expertise in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control
• Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or planting beds
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for water management efficiency
• Strong gardening skills with an eye for aesthetic detail and plant selection expertise
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
