Call Center Representatives complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation. Job Description to include:
- Take member calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns regarding dining reservations and food & beverage events.
- Direct applicable member situations/needs offering member assistance and support
- Call members and customers to confirm reservations and upcoming member island events
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
