We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled tax accountant/client manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a CPA who possesses comprehensive knowledge of tax law and compliance. This role involves preparing tax returns and providing strategic tax planning advice. The tax accountant will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and advising on complex tax issues related to corporate tax.

Responsibilities:
- Manage tax client relations.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses and prepare associated workpapers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct detailed tax analyses to identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation.
- Collaborate with clients to explain complex tax concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring optimal client communication.
- Utilize various accounting tools such as CCH, Engagement, and QuickBooks for accurate recordkeeping.
Experience:
- At least 2 years' proven experience in tax accounting, including preparation of individual and corporate tax returns.
- Experience working with various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks online and desktop versions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- individual and business tax return preparation: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPA license in Delaware or are working towards one (Required)
